The terms are also signed by the learned counsel for the parties who are present in Court.

Perused the terms of compromise. I find the same reasonable. In view of aforesaid, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise that is specified in paragraph 3 of the civil application. Civil application is disposed of.
