This is an application for condonation of 1151 days delay caused in preferring appeal against judgment and order dated 01.09.2015 passed b y the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in L.A.C. No. 658/2007.

For the reasons stated in the instant application, delay of 1151 days is condoned, however, subject to waiver of interest for the period of 1151 days by the appellants.

Application stands disposed of.
