Heard. Perused the contents of the application. Though the learned counsel for the non-applicant opposes the prayer made in the application, for the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for restoration of the appeal is granted subject to the appellant depositing a sum of Rupees Five Hundred in the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur, within a period of one week.
The miscellaneous civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
