In view of Pursis dated 24.01.2020 the cause title of Writ Petition No. 1346 of 2004 is permitted to be corrected. Insofar as, petitioner nos. 25 and 30 are concerned both the petitioners be described as "Hiran w/o Tulsiram Raksha" and "Devcharan w/o Mukesh Khandekar". The correction be carried out accordingly in the cause title of said writ petition.

CIVIL APPLICATION NOS. 24 OF 2020, 25 OF 2020, 26 OF 2020 AND 27 OF 2020 Considering the reasons mentioned in the applications the same are allowed. The legal heirs of the concerned deceased petitioners are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out accordingly. Civil Applications are disposed of.
