The appellants are permitted to serve the respondent nos. 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 by private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit to that effect and also remove office objections, if any, by next date, failing which the appellants shall deposit Rupees Five Hundred towards costs, with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
