2 caf2126.14 The learned advocate for the appellant states that cheque for the amount as per the impugned award is ready and can be deposited immediately.

If the amount as per the impugned award, calculating interest till date of deposit, is deposited within two weeks, the execution of the impugned award shall stand stayed until further orders.

If the cheque for the amount with interest calculated till date is not deposited within two weeks the civil application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
