Both appeals are arising out of the common judgment and order dated 24.12.2012 passed in Petition Nos. A-709 of 2009 and A-740 of 2009. Being aggrieved by the common judgment and order, the appellant wife has preferred both the appeal.

Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant in both appeals, seeks for withdrawal of appeal with liberty to file appropriate proceedings for maintenance of children.

In view of above, both appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
