For the reasons stated, the application is allowed. The delay of 23 days in filing the application for review is condoned.

M.C.A. St. No.2209/2015 This is an application for review of the order dated 11.12.2014 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.4627/2014.

Since by the said order this Court has passed certain orders which have the effect of adversely affecting the rights of the respondents No. 5 to 7 who were not the petitioners and in effect while denying the

CAO235-15.odt relief to the petitioner, this Court has also passed an order which has resulted in the respondents no.5 to 7 losing their employment, we are inclined to invoke review jurisdiction.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The order dated 11.12.2014 is recalled. The Writ Petition No. 4627/2014 is restored to file. JUDGE JUDGE halwai
