By preferring this civil application, the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount. The First Appeal is already dismissed vide judgment dated 19/12/2022.

In view of that respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest. The amount be disbursed after due identification and on the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Mr P.P. Pendke, learned advocate further submitted that the necessary documents are already verified by the claimant in the District Court. The documents appears the seal and signature of the Superintendent of District Court, Gadchiroli. rkn

In view of that verification, physical verification of this documents be dispensed with and the amount be transferred to the account of the claimants.

Perused the document.

The seal of the endorsement of the Superintendent, District Court, Gadchiroli shows that, he had verified the said documents from the original. As the District Court Authority has already verified the documents, the physical verification of this documents can be dispensed with.

The Registry shall transfer the said amount directly to the claimants account.
