The learned counsel for the parties have presented a petition under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in the court, today. The same is accepted on record.

It is stated in the petition that the parties were able to settle the matter through the intervention of the mediator and the terms of settlement were signed by the parties before the mediator. It is stated that the parties have reached an amicable settlement and have decided to dissolve the marriage between the parties in terms of the terms mentioned in paragraphs 5 to 15 of the petition under section 13-B of the Act.

The parties are personally present in the court, today. They state that they are ad idem over the terms mentioned in the petition under section 13-B of the Act. The respondent-wife has admitted that she has received a sum of Rs.31,00,000/- towards full and final settlement.

FCA26-16 We have perused the terms of settlement. The terms are extremely just and reasonable. Hence, the family court appeal is disposed of in terms of the terms and conditions mentioned in the petition under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The marriage solemnized between the parties on 08.06.2006 stands dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent. A decree be drawn accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
