Perused the contents of the application. Though the learned counsel for the respondent opposes the prayer made in the application, for the reasons stated in the application the delay of 45 days in filing the family court appeal is condoned.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of. Family Court Appeal St.No.2179 OF 2016 The learned counsel for the parties state that there is a likelihood of the settlement of the matter through the intervention by the mediator. The learned counsel for the parties state that Shri Sumant Deopujari, Advocate whose name appears in the list of the Mediators could be appointed

Hence, we hereby appoint Shri Sumant Deopujari, Advocate as a Mediator in this case. The parties undertake to appear before the Mediator in the mediation centre in the High Court premises on 20.4.2016 at 02:00 pm. Stand over after Summer Vacations for further consideration.
