By this application, the applicants are seeking speaking to minutes to correct the typographical errors of order dated 17.12.2024 in Criminal Application (BA) No.971/2024.

In paragraph No.4 in the 4th line it should be "to the tune of Rs.1.13 Crores instead of to the tune of Rs.49.00 lacs" in the same paragraph in the 21st line it should be "to the tune of Rs.5.92 Crores" instead of "to the tune of Rs.42.00 Crores."

In paragraph No.7 in the 7th line the correction should be "to the tune of Rs.5.92 Crores" instead of "to the tune of Rs.42.00 Crores."

In Paragraph No.9 in the 1st line the correction should be "Now, three witnesses including the complainant have been examined".

In paragraph No.10 in the 4th line Crime numbers is to be corrected as "Crime Nos.30/2021 and 648/2019."

In para No.14 in the 7th line it is to be mentioned "Now, three witnesses including the complainant have been examined" instead of "Now, six witnesses are already examined."

The above said corrections be corrected and corrected order be uploaded.
