Heard the learned counsel.

2] With the assistance of Shri Ghodeswar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I have scrutinized the record.

3] Vide order dated 18.02.2020 the applicants were directed to co-operate with the Investigating Officer and to be available for the test identification parade. 4] Shri Ghodeswar, the learned APP states that the applicants have co-operated and the test identification parade is conducted.

5] It is not the case of the prosecution that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary.

aba60.20.O.odt 6] Considering the nature of the accusations, and the manner in which the incident of assault allegedly occurred, the interim order dated 03.02.2020 (Coram: V.M. Deshpande, J.) is confirmed with the modification that the applicant shall attend Police Station Risod as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
