By this civil application, the applicants seek for extension of time for submission of the details in respect of the claims for refund to the respondent-WCL.
It is stated on behalf of the applicants that though this court had permitted the applicants to furnish the details of their claims for refund of the amount within 15 days from the date of the judgment, the applicant no.1 could not do so due to unavailability of the documents for about 45 days and the applicant no.2 could not do so within 15 days but furnished the documents after 16 days.
The delay in submission of the document/claim is condoned. The application is allowed only to the aforesaid extent and disposed of.
