In view of the fact that, during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has got superannuated on 14.06.2021, the only question remains about the payment of gratuity for which the petitioner has already approached to the controlling authority and the proceeding before the controlling authority is pending. As because of superannuation of the petitioner, the matter has become infructuous, it is disposed of as infructuous. 3.

The order dated 30.01.2020 directing to adjust Rs.10,000/- from the retiral benefits, is confirmed. 4.
