In view of compromise, award is passed. The Petition stands disposed of in terms of compromise Form 'N'.

The Court fees and statutory amount deposited by the Appellant along with accrued interest be refunded.

Filing of a separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.

Copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
