He has invited our attention to the representation in the form of legal notice (pg. 28-30). According to him, issue raised in the representation/legal notice is still not decided by the Amravati Municipal Corporation.

In view of the issue raised, we direct the respondent no. 1 authority to decide the aforesaid representation within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

The grounds raised in the present petition be taken into consideration by the respondent authority while deciding the issue involved.

The petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of
