The petition challenges an order of termination as Shikshan Sevak from services in a private school. The petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a statutory appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private School (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 for challenging the order of termination.

Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed on the ground of availability of an alternate remedy. No costs.
