The applicant is convicted for offence punishable under Section 354-A(1)(iv) of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two years.

In view of the relatively short duration of the sentence, and the fact that there is no certainty that this Court will be in a position to take up the appeal for final hearing in immediate future, let the substantive sentence be suspended till the decision of the appeal. 3.
