Heard Shri Sirpurkar, Advocate for the applicant. 2] Perused the FIR. There is no overt act on the part of the applicant to cause any injury to the public servant. Looking to the allegation made in the application, he is entitled for protection. Hence, the following order: [i] The application is allowed.

[ii] In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.143/2018 registered with Police Station Ramnagar, District Chandrapur, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount on condition that he shall attend Police Station Ramnagar, District Chandrapur once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency till the filing of the charge-sheet.
