Applicant Nos. 3B and 3C have moved this application to delete the name of applicant No. 3A, Mrs. Kamla, as she expired on 28.01.2022, and permit them to withdraw the balance amount as the appeal was dismissed in default on 06.09.2023. 3.

It appears that the appeal is restored to its original position; therefore, learned counsel for applicants does not press the prayer for withdrawal of compensation amount. Hence, the prayer for withdrawal of amount is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the application is partly allowed to delete the name of respondent No. 3A from the title clause of the appeal, as she has passed away and her legal heirs are already on record. Accordingly, the application is disposed of. The appellant is directed to delete the name of respondent No. 3A forthwith.
