This is an application seeking clarification of the order dated 06/01/2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Application (BA) No. 123/2020, whereby this Court, while granting bail to the applicant in Crime No. 181/2019 registered at Poilce Station, Dhantoli, District - Nagpur, has directed him to clear the outstanding loan amount with up-to-date interest within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of that order, i.e., from 06/01/2021.

Mrs. Jachak, learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the applicant may be directed to deposit the outstanding loan amount to the tune of Rs.9,11,500/- (rupees nine lakh eleven thousand five hundred)

APPP 218.2021 (principle + interest till date) with the Registry of the District and Sessions Court, Nagpur.

Accordingly, the applicant is directed to deposit the outstanding loan amount to the tune of Rs.9,11,500/- (rupees nine lakh eleven thousand five hundred) (principle + interest till date) with the Registry of the District and Sessions Court, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the aforesaid order granting bail to the applicant shall automatically stand vacated without further reference to this Court.

With the aforesaid directions, the Criminal Application stands disposed of.
