Civil Application No.495 of 2014 As the applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation awarded, ad interim stay granted on 13/02/2014 shall operate as interim stay. Civil Application is disposed of. Civil Application No.1698 of 2014 Prayer is to permit the non-applicant to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the applicant.

Prayer is opposed by learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that proceedings under Section 166 of the said Act itself were not tenable.
