The present application seeks quashing of First Information Report (FIR) dated 01.12.2021, bearing FIR No.523 of 2021, registered at Beltarodi Police Station, Nagpur.

In the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the non-applicant no.1/State, it is stated in Paragraph 4 that 'C' Summary report has been approved by the concerned Authority and subsequently, it has been filed before the Competent Magistrate.

In view of the above, the grievance of the applicant does not survive and accordingly, the application is disposed of.
