We deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Misc. Civil Application No.18/2009.

In case if such prayer is made, considering the litigation policy that the priority shall be given to ten years old matters, the concerned Court shall pass appropriate orders having regard to the aforesaid policy.
