The petitioner claims to be a project affected person and his earlier Writ Petition No.4127 of 2008 for providing him employment was disposed of on 4.3.2009. The grievance is - no employment was offered to the petitioner thereafter. He got knowledge of the vacancy at a School at Wardhamneri, Tq.Arvi, District Wardha and accordingly, he submitted representations on 15.9.2014 and 3.11.2014. Those representations are also not looked into.

The learned A.G.P. is seeking time as this Court has still not issued notices.

The claim of persons like petitioner is to be processed in the mode and manner as laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Rajendra Pandurang Pagare and another .vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2009 (5) ALL MR 830. As such, at this stage, we find that the matter can be disposed of by directing

274wp2437.15 2/2 respondent no.1/Collector to consider entitlement of the petitioner in terms of the said Full Bench Judgment. Keeping all the rival contentions open and with a direction to complete the consideration within a period of six weeks from today, we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *jaiswal
