DATED : 02-09-2021 Both the learned counsel state that the matrimonial dispute is amicably settled. The petitioner - husband deposited total amount of Rs. 11,30,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Thirty Thousand) in this Court from time to time. It is not in dispute that the respondent - wife has already withdrawn amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs).

The learned counsel for the petitioner - husband has no objection if the respondent - wife withdraws the balance amount of Rs. 5,30,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Thirty Thousand).

The respondent - wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 5,30,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Thirty Thousand) along with interest accrued, if any. 4.

The Registry shall not insist on any security or surety for the withdrawal of amount.

In view of the amicable settlement, the petition is disposed of.
