The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 8 days in filing the revision application.

The contention is that after receipt of the order, the applicant was preparing the necessary documents for presentation of the revision application, therefore, delay of 8 days is occurred.

Learned Counsel for the respondent undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent and objected this application.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application as well as period of delay which is only 8 days couple with the fact that the delay does not appear

2 23-Cri.APPR No.26.2024 to be intentional one and hence delay of 8 days in filing revision application is condoned.

The application is allowed.

The revision application be registered.
