This is an application by the applicant/appellant for grant of urgent hearing of the first appeal.

Though the reply to this application has not been filed, the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to hear the first appeal by giving it priority.

In view of above, the first appeal is arising out of Special Civil Suit No.413 of 2013 for recovery of amount of Rs.25,80,771.49 from the respondents. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
