DATED : 11-09-2015 The grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5735 of 2012 on 13-11-2013 is not complied. This Court issued show cause notice to the respondent. The learned Advocates for the petitioner as well as the respondent submit that subsequently the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

Considering the facts of the case, specially that the order has been complied with, in my view, this is not a fit case to invoke the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act.

The petition is disposed. No costs.
