This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail. The applicant, who is working in the Bank of India is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 300/2016 registered with Police Station, Gadge Nagar, Amravati for an offence punishable under Sections 403, 406, 417, 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

On 30.01.2018, the applicant was granted ad interim anticipatory bail. The applicant is not arrested. 3.
Today, Panjab Sukhdeo Wanjari, Police Inspector, Economic Offences Wing, Amravati has filed his affidavit. As per the affidavit, the investigation in the present crime is transferred to the said Wing on 25.04.2016 and since 13.09.2017, he is conducting the investigation. 4.
As per the affidavit, the applicant was member of
aba58.18.odt the committee who sanctioned the loan to Gomti Milk and Foods Private Limited. As per the affidavit, as on today, during the course of investigation, involvement of the present applicant is not found.

It is further stated in the affidavit that, if during investigation, involvement of the present applicant is found, the investigating agency will issue 72 hours notice to the present applicant.

Mr. Kalwaghe, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the statement made in the affidavit in paragraph 6, presently, the applicant is not pressing the present application. He submits that liberty be granted to the applicant to approach this Court, if occasion arises. 7.
The prayer made by Mr. Kalwaghe, learned counsel for the applicant, is accepted. The present application for anticipatory bail is disposed of as not pressed presently in view of the statement made in paragraph 6 of the affidavit by the investigating officer. The applicant shall be at liberty to approach again if there is an occasion for the same. All the points raised in the present application are kept open.
With this, the application is disposed of.
