The order dated 08-12-2017 be corrected as follows :

(a) In the fifth line in the second paragraph from the bottom of page 1 of the order, the year "2015" be corrected as "2013".

(b) In the third page of the order, the observation "parties started residing at Jharkhand, thereafter in Bangalore and later in Hinganghat" be corrected as "parties started residing at Bangalore and later in Hinganghat."

c) In the third page the observation "charge-sheet was filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sakoli" be corrected as "charge-sheet was filed in the
