The respondents have deposited Rs. 2,54,261/-. According to the petitioner, they owes an amount of Rs. 4,82,093/- from the respondents. They have filed calculation to that effect. The respondents wants time to file reply. 4.

By keeping the rights of both the parties open, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2,54,261/- along with accrued interest.

Nazar is directed to transfer that amount in the bank account of the petitioner on furnishing necessary details. 6.

Civil application is disposed of.
