DATE : September 22, 2015 This appeal filed under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 takes exception to the judgment of the Reference Court dated 29/08/2008 by which the claimants were granted compensation of an amount of Rs.50100/- per hectare for the lands acquired. It is not necessary to enter into merits of the adjudication as it is submitted on behalf of the appellant that in respect of lands acquired from the same village and under the same notification issued under Section 4 of the said Act, this Court in F.A.No.340 of 2009 and connected appeals by judgment dated 17/07/2012 has maintained the judgment of the Reference Court. It has been found that the amount of compensation granted by the Reference Court is just and proper.
Shri A. Sambre, learned counsel for the claimants and Smt. R. Deshpande, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.5 do not dispute adjudication

Hence for reasons recorded in F.A.No.340 of 2009 and connected appeals, judgment of the Reference Court stands confirmed. The appeal is therefore dismissed with no order as to costs.
The claimants would be at liberty to withdraw the amount of compensation with interest deposited before the Reference Court.
