By additional affidavit filed on 6th march, 2017, the applicant supports his claim for grant bail on medical grounds. However, from the documents placed on record along with the additional affidavit, the applicant has not been able to point out that he is not provided medical facility while in jail.

After arguing for sometime, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
