Heard.

The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against him for the offence punishable under Section 65(e) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, has sought pre-arrest bail.

In the reply, the investigating agency has pointed out that the applicant is earlier involved in 7 crimes / offences. The learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that out of 7 crimes / offences the applicant is acquitted in 5 cases. The investigating agency has submitted that the offence for which the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail is committed by her while she was on bail in earlier offence. It is further

2 aba61.17 submitted that after this Court granted interim protection by the order dated 2nd February, 2017 again the Crime No.20/2017 is registered against her.

Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in the application. The application is dismissed.
