2] The petition challenges the order dated 28.2.2018 and the corrigendum order dated 9.10.2018 passed by the learned Mamlatdar under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar Courts Act and the order dated 20.6.2019 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Officer. 3] It is an admitted position as conceded by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner was not a party to the proceedings before the learned Mamlatdar or before the learned Sub Divisional Officer, inspite of which the order has been passed, which affected his land, in view of which the impugned orders cannot be sustained. They are therefore quashed and set
(2) 2wp1698.20 aside in so far they relate to the present petitioner, who is the co-owner of land bearing Survey No. 34 of village Sangvi and Survey No. 38 of village Ugwa 4] The petition is allowed in the above term to the above extent. No costs.
