ATE : MARCH 15 , 202 It is claimed that in Securatization Application No. 158/2023, the petitioner has raised IA in the form of objection being subsequent purchaser has taken out proceedings questioning the maintainability of the same in relation to the property which he has purchased from pre-borrower.

Since it is claimed that the application is not yet decided, directions needs to be issued to learned DRT to decide the same expeditiously.

In these facts and circumstances, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with direction to learned DRT to deal with the application / objection of the petitioner expeditiously. 4.
