Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

It is his case that though he has submitted a detailed representation to the authorities, the same has not been decided till date. According to him, there are illegalities committed by the respondent-authority while disposing the properties of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the representation dated 27.05.2024 (page 38) is still pending and remained undecided, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the same within eight weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of the order passed today before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in the above terms.
