These applications are taken out for condonation of delay, for setting aside abatement and bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 11 on record.

It is submitted that due to pandemic situation, the legal heirs were not brought on record within stipulated period.

Learned Counsel Shri B.G. Kulkarni waive service for proposed legal representatives and gave no objection for bring them on record in the capacity of legal representative of respondent no. 11.

Other learned Counsel also gave no objection.

In view of that all civil applications are allowed and disposed of.

Delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Legal representatives of the respondent no. 11 be brought on record.
