20th March, 2017 The applicant prays for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paras 2 to 5 of the application. The prayer is opposed by Mrs. Naik, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader for the non-applicants.

Considering the reasons assigned, the delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned, subject to applicant-appellant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation, if enhanced, for the period from 2nd January, 2004 till 30th January, 2017. Delay is condoned on aforesaid terms.

Civil Application is disposed of.
