1] The learned AGP submits that considering the peculiar situation in which the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur has been transferred and the In-charge Additional Commissioner is on election duty till 13.02.2020, the charge is with Dr. Shri Sanjeev Kumar, presently the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur.

2] Considering the above, this petition is disposed off by permitting the petitioner to appear before Dr. Shri Sanjeev Kumar tomorrow on 31.01.2020 at 03:00 p.m. The learned AGP shall communicate the said order. 3] The petitioner would be at liberty to address the concerned authority and put-forth his prayer for an adinterim protection, which would be considered on its own merits.
