DATED : SEPTEMBER 5, 2017 Heard learned counsels for applicant and respondents. Both submit that the mediation that occurred in between the parties has resulted in success. The parties have amicably settled their dispute and to that effect agreement is also signed and executed in presence of learned mediator. It is filed on record. In that view of the matter the revision is disposed of in view of the agreement arrived at between the parties before the learned Mediator.

The agreement entered into between the parties before the learned Madiator shall form part and parcel of this order.
