Heard Shri A.M. Sudame, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. R.V. Kalia, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri Sheikh Majjid, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

Respondent No. 3 is present along with his counsel. He has also filed reply affidavit.

In view of the statement made in para 4 thereof, Shri Sudame, learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioners about non implementation is redressed. 4.

Though there is some delay in implementing court orders, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending. Accordingly, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition. No costs.
