Despite sufficient opportunities granted to the petitioners, the petitioners fialed to take steps as regards bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record.

The petitioners have filed pursis dated 23.11.2021, stating that despite repeated requests for providing names of legal heirs of the respondent No.1, the petitioners have not supplied the same and they are not responding to the request of Mr. Bhise, learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is also pointed out that the letter was issued to the petitioner No.1 for withdrawal of the Vakalatnama which was received by him in the month of November 2021. 4.

In the circumstances, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. [ANIL S. KILOR, J.] nd.thawre
