Heard.

The only grievance of the petitioner appears to be that on account of withdrawal of the concession granted in favour of the bidders, such, as the petitioners from depositing the Earnest Money Deposit, it could not bid for all the for all the tenders. It is contended that since the outer limit imposed by the Reserve Bank of India for on-line transaction is Rs. 5 lakhs, the bidding for all the tenders was not possible.

Mrs. Bharati Dangre, learned Govt. Pleader states that taking into consideration the grievance of the petitioner, the time for accepting all the bids will be extended till 5.00 p.m. of 10 th February,2015 She further states that immediately a note would be put on the site of the respondent, notifying the said change.

In that view of the matter, we find that no further orders are necessary. We dispose of the petition accepting the statements made by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions from respondent no. 1.
