DATE : 25.07.2022 Mr. Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in the interim period, the appeal filed by the petitioner, challenging the impugned order, has been dismissed and he would be required to take appropriate proceedings to challenge it before the higher forum. He, therefore, upon instructions seeks to withdraw the petition with a request for continuation of the interim order dated 11.02.2022 for a period of two weeks in order to enable him to approach the higher forum.

Learned A.G.P. opposes the prayer for continuation of interim order.
