DATE : 12/08/2022 Present application is filed by the respondent No.1claimant/applicant. The amount of compensation is deposited before the Commissioner under the Employees' Compensation Act. The amount of Rs.20,61,047/- was deposited on 13/08/2020 before filing appeal under Section 30 of Employees Compensation Act.

By this application, the applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the same. The application is vehemently opposed by the Counsel for the appellant. However, for the reasons stated in the application it will be appropriate at this stage to allow the applicants-respondents to withdraw 50% of amount deposited by the appellant. The
