We find that an alternate and equally efficacious remedy of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 is available to the petitioners. Hence, without observing anything on the merits of the matter and expediting the consideration of Original Application, if it is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, we dispose of the present Writ petition. No costs.
