DATED : 14/03/2023 This Court has passed the conditional order on 01.12.2022 and six weeks' time was granted to file private paper book. As the private paper book was not filed, the appeal is dismissed.

As per contention of the appellant, inadvertently, the order was not noticed by the counsel and therefore private paper book was not filed. Now private paper book is ready and would be filed within short period.

In view of that, appeal be restored at its original stage. On filing of the private paper book within two weeks.

On failure to file private paper book within two weeks, earlier order passed by this Court will survive.
